β Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging with all tags/labels intact
Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, or customized goods may not be eligible for return.
π Replacement
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund.
Please share unboxing photos/videos when raising a replacement request β this helps us process it faster.
π³ Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5β7 business days to reflect in your account.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.
π Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, defective item), return shipping will be free.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the buyer may need to bear the return shipping cost.
